Company was amazing for a while. Culture slowly shifted with a lot of upward pressure from higher up in the org. A switch up in comp structure also killed morale for a lot of people. The company also takes part in questionable business practices at times that show its lack of regard for both employees and clients.

My experience at CK was more on the CPG side with CloudRetail. Overall we had a great product with poor execution
