My overall experience was much better than others who have left and are still here. I have the best manager so that helped. She was super helpful and knowledgable. We are underpaid for the opportunity but overall I learned a lot about myself and grew professionally. I am not a fan of the senior leadership.

Fear based culture but a real opportunity to earn good money. Leadership is poor and culture is very cliquish but not enough to get in the way of making sales. A solid foundation for those early in their career
