They will sell you on a "SaaS Experience," while their business model should be gear towards enterprise level customers, they target start ups and helping building "start their business." In my area this lead to almost 100% turnover of the customer base that existed before I was brought on. Commission is good while in ramp, impossible to touch when you are off ramp unless you are in a major city with multiple locations. They want "grimy" sellers.

ck sales is made up of 2 worlds. inbound and outbound. ib reaches quota and has high employee retention. that seems great but they sell an unattainable dream to those who don’t know any better. plus is that they immediately get to walk away from the guilt post sale and push problems to in person operations teams. ob on the other hand has less than 50% average quota...Read More
