Only 15% of reps hit quota in Q3, 2025. No one on the sales floor is making any money this year after organizational changes and the hefty quota increase that happened this year. Cloudbeds has been prioritizing getting to profitability sooner, so this year should have expedited that since they aren't paying out in commission.

Overall experience has been good. The workload is manageable, but it sometimes feels like they aren't listening when you say you might need something.
