Current Employee Incredibly premium product, but also doesn't add so much more that it's clearly worth it. Huge disparity in pay between SDR's, which became known to everyone recently, but no real will to fix it.
There hasn't been a promotion to MM-AE/CSR from the SDR pool in a year, despite qualified senior candidates, as leadership for the MM AE's favored hiring outside talent.
Lots of meddling from enablement in day to day as well.
