In pioneering a new market right as the tech market hit a downturn, Code42 was in a difficult time in 2022-2023. At the same time, the talent there was remarkable and the product is best in class. Expect challenging times but great teams.

Excellent compensation package swayed me to overlook poor Product Market Fit. Averaging only 2-3 inbound leads per month, the deals I closed in my first year were due to my existing professional network relationships.
