Great group of people but the product was lagging behind others in the space at the time. There was also a lot of changing of the guards at the leadership level that resulted in some inconsisties at the individual level. I enjoyed my time there thoroughly but the market fit for the product is a challenge.

No clear product direction, constantly changing priorities and turnover at the leadership level. Inexperienced management drives good team members away. 20% staff layover in Jan 2023 targeted top performers with higher salaries, keeping "cheaper" people.
