Most people were great to work with, but a few in key positions are not qualified to be there and probably won't last. Company's product offering is not brand new, but marketing and brand awareness in USA is so lacking that sales reps of all levels of experience have an extremely difficult time hitting targets due to premium pricing in a highly competitive industry. Sales development and training as well as opportunities for advancement are lacking as well.

No qualified leads. Total hunter role. Only one rep has hit quota two years in a row which maxed out his earning at $140K.
