Overall there was no true growth available. While the direct manager was great there were no opportunities to grow and the ICP was everchanging. product market fit was good but the product was a luxury for most teams and couldn't be justified in many cases as a need to have

Great products. Great coworkers. Inefficient management. Poor use of CRM. Forecast updates twice a week is a waste of time and pull sales people away from winning more business. Company is very siloed. Sales people in different divisions are treated very differently (this review is specific to the optical networking business).
