Success here depends on work ethic. No base pay, but with persistence and self-motivation you can earn well. Training exists, but results are entirely self-driven.

Overall my experience with Coldwell Banker was poor. The culture, DEI, compensation and growth was not there for me. Leadership wasn't supportive. They were in the beginning but then they stop supporting or complain about it. I wasn't happy with CB at all.
