Not a good sales org to be apart of- tons of manipulation from leadership, impossible to hit quotas and product doesn’t have the lead on competitors that it once did. There is no ramp and they frame many of the roles as “founding AE’s or BDR’s” but in reality they’ve had many, but they leave or get fired within a few months. One of the worst managed organizations I've ever worked for. Sales rep turnover is ridiculous, unrealistic expectations from the CEO, toxic culture, there is no real process and the CEO needs to insert himself in every little thing.
