Collectly is a great place to work with a team that is super collaborative. We have a competitive team but only want to do 1$ better than the other. The Product sells it self once you are on with a prospect. What is really cool is that leadership all the way to the top will help to try and find a way to close deals. Product and engineering team is awesome always making improvements to help get sales closed and raise deal values.

One of the worst managed organizations I've ever worked for. Sales rep turnover is ridiculous, unrealistic expectations from the CEO, toxic culture, there is no real process and the CEO needs to insert himself in every little thing.

Awful working environment - if you value your mental health or being in a professional environment this is not the place for you. The CEO is one of the worst leaders I've ever been around
