decent, good learning experience and there's certainly a need for the product and they are constantly innovating, but the user experience is difficult and user adoption suffers because of it.

Company started out well in early stages, but multiple waves of external senior leadership was brought in and destroyed the overall culture being lead by individuals who did not understand the market or how to sell the solution. Investors allowed to drive growth faster than mature was ready for growth

Data Governance remains a business imperative but legacy data catalog platforms have a low success rate in delivering the vision originally promised of end-to-end data governance across the organization. Newer, less industrial strength options are gaining traction in the market.

Healthcare and Lifesciences division. No one had a budget for this product -- timeline was 1 - 2 years out. Collibra hired way too many way too fast and had to let go of hundreds of people.
