Poor leadership, more of a “kiss ass” hierarchy than sales focused. Always looking back at what happened last month (paralysis of analysis), rather than helping field sales close more deals. VP of Wound Care sales never “carried the bag” only marketing experience…. Director of Sales hasn’t met with the biggest accounts in years. Commission program rewards mediocrity by reducing payouts once you exceed quota!

Coloplast wound care division, run from it! Executive sales leadership is petty and shortsighted. Sales commissions decelerate as you exceed quota, so no one does more than just enough….
