The leadership team does a lot to ensure SEs are compensated well with bonus kickers to help you go past OTE. The sale is quite technical in nature, so SEs only support 1-2 AEs so that they aren't spread thin - there's a lot of partnership between AE + SE from the beginning of the sale. Comet has a large market potential, especially with the new LLM solution expanding target customers from just DS/MLEs to SEs/PMs. There have been a lot of inbound leads driven by this new platform, and the product team does a good job of building features that users want. It's an exciting time with lots of opportunity for new logs + existing customer expansion for new use cases. Overall, fast growing product and company, smart team and good compensation.

I heard that was a few years ago things were harder but in the last 12-18 months company is growing fast with it's new product and there's a great sales leader in place
