Outside of a big turnaround, CommerceIQ's best days are behind us. Trying to pivot to a new line of business but the existing quotas and comp plans have changed meaningfully for the worse. Very hard to make meaningfully more than OTE here outside of a true whale deal. Culture and company leadership remain low EQ.

Good product working with top brands globally, culture is mixed bag, leadership is a revolving door, lots of turnover, and changing roadmap If you just care about making money, CIQ is a good opportunity to make some money, but will require some luck.
