Great at first. Management was nonexistent at the time. I was there for 2+ years with no growth/potential even though this was promised for attaining goals. Maybe now things have changed as they got rid of CEO, but left a bad taste in my mouth.

Overall, the experience as an AE at CG is OK. Leadership is not the best. Base compensation is lower than industry average. But there is a lot of inbound lead flow and the product is good. You can do well if you know how to sell.
