Great product, can be a grind. There is opportunity for growth, with many BDR’s funneling to AE roles. But low ceiling for not hitting quota, you will be fired ! Which has caused high attrition levels on BDR team. Management is solid and will help as best they can. Still in the semi start up realm, so there are ever changing rules.
