Current Employee During my time at Conceal, I initially enjoyed a positive start with promising prospects. However, the experience took a downturn when the compensation structure underwent changes, leading to dissatisfaction among employees. Additionally, micromanagement became prevalent, stifling autonomy and creativity in our work environment. This, coupled with a high turnover rate, posed significant challenges to team cohesion and productivity. Despite these setbacks, it's worth noting that the product itself is in its early stages, suggesting potential for growth and improvement in the future.
