My experience was cut short due to layoffs recently after being brought on. I worked closely with the old Head of Sales who recruited me, but overall the leadership was not great. Product-focused with little to no marketing or sales experience that were helping the reps hit goals.

Not great. The CEO is extremely immature and emotional. Doesn’t care about humans at all. Fires randomly. Constantly changes his mind. Don’t work here.

Very niche product and only related to Kafka. Kindve trick customers into a “data hub” or enterprise data management but you have to be a Kafka user. Very very small market and only will succeed if you’re in finserv. Inbound lead is very uneven and goes to certain reps and territories are not even.
