My overall experience was a solid 5/10. I enjoyed the people I worked with, there was great office banter and co workers were amazing for a young man living in Miami. The work experience was horrible, went four months without a boss and zero training while still expecting to hit quota. Quota is nearly impossible as I have only seen 3 out 30 total workers hit. Deals are extremely hard to close, only saw 5 deals close in a year. There’s also no growth, they say they want to promote from within but will never actually give you the chance to move up to AE. The AEs that they do hire make double the BDEs and they destroy every deal handed to them.

There is no communication whatsoever. Not sure how US is still in business or how operation is funded. All top secret . No one sells anything and it’s a constant churn of salespeople. If desperate you can take while looking for another . CEO is clueless and surrounds himself with yes men.

I've seen EAE's who have years of industry experience get poached from direct competitors to come here after being sold the dream, only to be fired in less than a year. That should be all you need to know. If you are from the industry I would suggest not sully your resume.
