I've seen EAE's who have years of industry experience get poached from direct competitors to come here after being sold the dream, only to be fired in less than a year. That should be all you need to know. If you are from the industry I would suggest not sully your resume.

By the end not too great. No accounts were retained and it was typically blamed on the customer. Couldn't integrate a simple setup. Sometimes it took months and the client would be lost. Constan overpromise and under deliver. Rotating wheel of hire and lay off a year later.

The culture here is great, the people are great, the base is decent however not many people hit quota and the opportunity conversion rate is very low
