You are thrown to the wolves, absolutely no guidance, strategy, collateral, training, or development. Nothing. I cant stress this enough. If leadership on any level gets involved they blow up any chance you have with " they need to sign today" " our prices are going up" ---embarrassing. No communication what so ever--a slack message from corporate twice a month announcing birthdays and same tired list of what development has " just around the corner" . Everything is secret, no insight into what our ICP might be.

Like many others have said, be cautious and do not be desperate enough to join this company. They only care about themselves and not their employees. Leadership is self serving and any promises they make usually come with strings attached.
