Like many others have said, be cautious and do not be desperate enough to join this company. They only care about themselves and not their employees. Leadership is self serving and any promises they make usually come with strings attached. There are constant legal issues and lawsuits hanging over them which should tell you everything you need to know. Turnover is high for a reason, the culture is toxic and you will always feel replaceable.

The company has gone through a rebrand to Connex.ai and with it a whole change in North American leadership. The new team is fantastic, the new EAE's are much higher quality and the BDE's are smashing their targets.

Not a good company to work for in sales especially if you are a high performer in enterprise sales that does not need to be micro managed.
