Outstanding product offering, but leans too heavily on the idea of being a startup, as a 12 year old company. Mid level managers are great, and do the best with the very little leash their given, but the C-suite is very disconnected. Decent work life balance, not overly micro-managed, and the base comp is nice.. I believe, with an adjustment to conducting business in the US market, Connex would be an outstanding place to work, but it's very much "us vs. them" at the moment.

Like many others have said, be cautious and do not be desperate enough to join this company. They only care about themselves and not their employees. Leadership is self serving and any promises they make usually come with strings attached.
