The company has gone through a rebrand to Connex.ai and with it a whole change in North American leadership. The new team is fantastic, the new EAE's are much higher quality and the BDE's are smashing their targets.

The culture here is great, the people are great, the base is decent however not many people hit quota and the opportunity conversion rate is very low

I have never seen a more fractured GTM strategy or lack of investment in sales and the cross-organizational alignment that support sales. You have been warned--the CEO/Founder is a mystery, completely absent. There is no direction-- way too many reps and complete lack of process--- think they have some unique product and just want you to beat your prospects down with un salesy threats to get deals done. If execs get involved its guaranteed closed lost. Very annoying and frustrating environment
