Leadership will kill any deals you have with outdated, pushy, basic sales tactics. You will be expected to generate 100% of your pipeline yourself - manage and generate partner relationships yourself, without any documentation, decks, marketing, or inbound leads. The training was cancelled 50% of the days it was scheduled, and you were pushed to learn yourself through videos 1-2 years old. The only semi-redeemable aspect is a high base and decent coworkers. Everything else is miserable.

There's minimal guidance, and if any, it's misguidance. The metrics celebrated are the daily calls output. They're stringent on 100+. Quota is attainable, but incentive compensation is not. great company to get foot in the door but, you will not make more than base salary here. its pretty easy though, leniency is great.
