There's minimal guidance, and if any, it's misguidance. The metrics celebrated are the daily calls output. They're stringent on 100+. Quota is attainable, but incentive compensation is not. The in-office managers have little understanding of business fundamentals and are just blind mice sent in opposing directions. Leadership champions a "hands-off" approach, but are the most micro-managing individuals I've dealt with in my life. The least professionally dressed staff I've encountered. It felt almost as if it was an adult daycare- do not proceed with employment. Internal staffers are not promoted and there is no growth trajectory. You'll quickly realize how much of an energy suck and time-waste it is. CEO is non-existent, and the "C-suite" which is practically non-existent, does not care about the employees or the workflow they provide. Management is detached - doesn't know what we're working on, and doesn't help unless pushed. Company awareness is very limited due to limited marketing spend. Contract flexibility is non existent which kills deals.
