Current Employee Great team and atmosphere, but the company often makes empty promises. Opportunities for progression are limited, as they tend to hire externally rather than promoting long-serving staff.
The people are fantastic, and there’s the bonus of early Friday finishes if you’re performing well.
It was a decent place to work for a few years, but I wouldn’t recommend it overall. The company regularly turns down potential business and applies pressure on clients to buy, which often backfires. Out of a team of 30, only three staff managed to close a deal after a year. If you want to make money, do not believe the empty promises.
