Current Employee Upon joining the company, I had really high hopes for a successful start in my sales career. I'm realized I may've made a mistake.
The organization has no structure that makes me nervous because I'm not sure how our operation is funded. Not many deals seem to close, if, and speaking from my experience, the deal is about to close the executives seem to pressure the prospect too much.
The Miami office building is really nice, probably the best feature of the job however, the office and culture concern me as a woman. Male to woman ratio is staggering, and some of the men are not considerate to me. I don't feel comfortable.
