Management is detached - doesn't know what we're working on, and doesn't help unless pushed. Company awareness is very limited due to limited marketing spend. Contract flexibility is non existent which kills deals.

Company has amazing culture amongst the BDE team. By-far the most unorganized organization you will ever be apart of. The company has gone through a rebrand to Connex.ai and with it a whole change in North American leadership. The new team is fantastic, the new EAE's are much higher quality and the BDE's are smashing their targets.
