Former Employee Harddddcore sales role with micromanagement like you wouldn't believe. They recently changed their sales structure to a pooling system instead of a "work-you-own-leads" system. You're lucky to hit goal and they say they don't play favorites, but they must because reps who used to be on top are getting demolished and average reps are smoking it. All in all, work follows you after you clock out and you HAVE to work OT to be successful.
