High pressure sales depending on your manager. Low commission incentives. Leads are passed up by SDR, quality of the leads vary due to the SDR team being pressured to hit pass up numbers. Management seems nice enough and managers are okay. Coworkers were awesome but the product itself is very hit or miss for having opportunities for Subs/GCs depending on location and trade. Hard to show ROI.

It started off as a great place to work, but progressively got worse and worse when the pandemic hit.
