Great company love the people and our product is one of the best in the market. Con: Compensation for tenure is not considered and base/ commission percent tiers do not equate to workload/ effort put in to get the business.

Overall lead flow for sales is great - quality occasionally suffers. Company recently changed the entire sales compensation plan and while the OTE has remained fairly similar to the past, the biggest negative is in over-performing. Restructuring compensation constantly and not setting clear objectives. They were still trying to figure out our incentive compensation. Base for my role was fair with little incentive pay. The company marketing brought in plenty of warm leads.
