Good company good culture. Hard to hit sales goal in initial outbound position. They do offer a ramp period with guaranteed commission however.

High pressure sales depending on your manager. Low commission incentives. Leads are passed up by SDR, quality of the leads vary due to the SDR team being pressured to hit pass up numbers.
