2 out of 3 mid-managers left the company in the past 4 months. 7 top performers AEs left the company in the last 8 months. That's a lot, and no one's blink an eye. everybody knows who's the source of the situation, yet top management doesn't do anything to change that. Processes are extensive, new ones almost every week with a waste of time that makes non-sense. Then management will tell you that you don't generate enough PG. 1 SDR for 4 AEs. Marketing is really great and organize fine events. but for the rest, it's a joke. How in the hell are we supposed to work on 6-figure deals on top strategic accounts while having to address 70-80 mid-market accounts for the "day-to-day" business ? the entire sales organization needs to be revamped, otherwise they'll never take a step. Once again, everyone knows who's not leading well. I would highly recommend to management to change the overall approach of generating pipeline. as you always compare to the american tech, here's their org: one SMB team, one Mid-market team, and one enterprise/strategic team. and stop recruiting AEs, the territory is not infinitely extensive
