Interesting experience but the product is too 'nice to have' with few use cases and an incalculable ROI. A 'family' spirit when things are going well, but it turns sour as soon as the numbers are not there. Salespeople resign one after the other...

Strong product market fit. Solid culture ("everyone sells"). Superb Presales team. High NPS. But a bit of a whining culture and not enough activity driven by sales leadership. Marketing / lead gen can be improved too.
