CS as a company fails to recognize where we are at from a competitive landscape and positioning landscape. While we have a huge potential, the potential is wasted due to poor execution on integrating all 3 companies and a "blame shifting" or "save myself" culture fostered by insecure and under qualified middle management. Struggles with company identity are due to a clinging on of the web based "experience" analytics success but failing to adopt a more universal analytics identity has led GTM teams and prospects confused by our value prop. The same stubborness to refuse acknowledgement that we are copying leaders in adjacent spaces.

This company COULD be good but its not somewhere I would recommend to work at. The C suite changes every couple of months, they dont pay their people out correctly and systems and processes are a mess, the leaders don't do much at all, and the caliber is low here.
