Former Employee The company has a great culture, competitive salary, and commissions, along with numerous opportunities for growth. I was able to learn new tech tools and build my career in a fast-paced startup environment. When I started, the sales quota was new to the company—challenging but fair, and it was assessed monthly. My manager was attentive, assertive, and a fantastic leader from whom I learned a lot. There was a clear path for sales reps to advance to account executives (SDR 1, 2, 3), but they continued to add similar titles, and during my time there, no one transitioned into a closing role. Unfortunately, layoffs occurred at the beginning of 2023, and the SDRs were the first group affected. Browse Other Reviews
