ContentSquare used to be a great company to work for, but that’s no longer the case. The targets are unrealistic, and you need a great deal of luck just to reach 50%. There are very few upsell opportunities with existing clients, and the churn rate is extremely high. But in my view, the biggest issue is that the Finance team has taken control of ContentSquare. Many commissions are not paid correctly, and for almost every deal, you need to open a dispute ticket just to have a chance of receiving your bonus. I therefore wouldn’t recommend the current version of ContentSquare.

Amazing product with broad applicability and tons of enhancements ongoing. The market is still in early adoption which contributes to an overwhelming amount of ghosting and/or stalled opportunities in this economic landscape.

Great product. Much better than other competitors. Culture and leadership is very toxic. Lack of transparency. Compensation plan is was very bad structured. Not a sales oriented organisation, that’s why they are losing against competition and are 4 years later from their IPO plans.
