Horrible. Favoritism is all there is at fullstory sales. If you arent friends with leadership coming in, you’ll be gone in 6 months either due to layoffs or ‘underperformance’ . This company has had 5 layoffs in the past few years.

FullStory has been a good experience overall. Definitely face some challenges that all startups go through. Things move and change quickly, so you have to be nimble.
