There has been a lot of churn for existing customers unable to adopt the platform at scale. While the value of the product is quite good when fully implemented, most never get there. Competitors with similar instrumentation style are exiting the market.

Contrast has solid technology that may come to be the standard for AppSec at some point. It is not there now. Leadership from executives is poor and layoffs are frequent. Uncertain future. May be looking to sell to a larger org.
