Money is decent if you are at 100% The base is only about $72500. You can double that at 100% to goal. I believe the commission is uncapped. If you are below 100%, your income goes down significantly.

There are some great managers and you can make more than the comp plan at goal. The compensation plan, however , is overly complicated and they change goals mid to late year which unfairly impacts employee compensation.
