Current Employee They have let go some crucial technical resources while allowing others, who bring absolutely no value, to stick around. There's no processes and procedures so managers, regional managers, ect are never on the same page. I'm pretty sure higher ups have never been an AE because they have no idea how to forecast. They expect 100% everyday while "oops my bad" is supposed to cover their numerous screw ups. There's no culture or team atmosphere. Lastly, they expect you to use money out of your commission to fund events. A lot of people are leaving due to all the things I've mentioned, which is unfortunate because they are losing great people. I hope they can get things figured out.
