Overall fine company to work for. Internal processes could be better, leadership is uninspiring, but they do their job. Culture is suffering a bit from numbers being lower than previous years

It's an amazing company to work for but unfortunately my leader was not employee oriented, she only cared about her prospect in the company and micromanaged. Still hold a high opinion about the organization.
