Current Employee Molson is a great place to start your sales career. It has decent company culture. It is not a place to grow professionally as they often don't have a lot of roles available. They tend to hire unqualified people in upper management and often only give notice to the people who make themselves known rather than based on performance. Territories are not equal, they tend to put the more skilled reps in the more difficult territories and do not pay them accordingly but expect strong KPIs. They are also notorious for making sales reps look after empty territories/ backfill vacant jobs until they hire a new candidate, never offering compensation for this. They have a higher employee turnover because of these things.
