When I consider the car and other parts of my package my base is more like 130k than 105k. My sip should make another 45k but didn’t either of the last two years.

Current Employee3.6Jul 11, 2024Overall my experience is that you get lots of flexibility. In addition to 150 tc you get pension, 401k and a nice company car to use as you please. All in probably adds another 20k. The new car with free gas insurance maintenance etc is probably 20k pre tax alone.
