It’s not a bad job. Very stable. Amazing work life balance. Company car (nice one). Pension. 401k contributions. But I’m making like 130k when I should be making more. When I consider the car and other parts of my package my base is more like 130k than 105k. My sip should make another 45k but didn’t either of the last two years.
