Since the new CEO took over, the culture has gone downhill. This is a leader who laughed and joked minutes before announcing another mass layoff, showing a shocking lack of empathy or professionalism. Leadership has become a revolving door, with the CEO and national leaders pushing out anyone they did not personally bring in, regardless of performance or institutional knowledge. Rather than focusing on building the business responsibly and supporting teams, leadership spends recklessly on lavish, unnecessary items like luxury dinners and custom golf bags. Meanwhile, employees are left demoralized, overworked, and directionless. Equally troubling is the company’s shift in ethics. Coro once had strong and trustworthy partnerships, but now partner-led deals are often taken over and reclassified as “national” deals to serve leadership’s agendas. These actions are alienating partners and destroying the trust that once defined the company’s reputation. If you value integrity, stability, and a company that invests in people, look elsewhere. Coro has lost its way under its current leadership and has become a toxic environment.
