Current Employee It’s now July, and we have yet to receive a finalized compensation plan. Since the significant layoffs in April, which impacted half of the U.S. team as part of a shift to a new channel model, there has been growing concern about the company’s strategic direction and financial management. The transition from monthly to quarterly commissions was made without prior notice, and overall communication from leadership has been minimal, leaving many employees uncertain and unsupported.
